Smart catch-up cards:
Users can now generate catch-up cards with a single click to learn what is trending and matters across your communities or network. The precise summaries include information on the buzzing trends in your organization that appear in themes.
The themes lead users to the new Themes Feed, where you can overview trending conversations and also make contributions.
AI-powered search:
Copilot in Viva Engage offers AI-powered contextual search so that you can easily find any specific post and stay updated with the key elements shared in your communities. All you need is to process the right prompt. For example, if you want to get a summary of the conversations you were mentioned in, use the prompt “Catch me up on where I’ve been mentioned”.
Writing assistance:
Copilot in Engage also enables advanced writing assistance in case you want to share a recap post highlighting what your team has been working on, or just an update about your workspace across the communities. It is capable of pulling context from users’ Teams and Outlook accounts. Whether a creative or informative post, Copilot helps write a complete overview, eliminating the need for manual writing.
